Payments, bookings and Cancellation Policies

To confirm a reservation with OIALV, the client must make a deposit of 50% of the total to be paid. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before starting the service. In case of non-payment by the established deadline, OIALV reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled by the Client. In the case of reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the service, the Client must pay the total amount of the contracted services. Payments can be made through deposits or bank transfers.
All changes made to the original reservation must be requested in writing by the person who made the original contract for the services. All costs and charges that may arise from the changes and/or cancellations requested must be borne by the client. Although OIALV undertakes to make the best efforts to accommodate the requested changes, their availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Client can cancel his reservation at any time, communicating in writing the request for it. Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date of receipt of the cancellation and applied according to the table below. In addition to cancellation charges, air services may be subject to 100% cancellations. Air services have a special policy for each rate, which are available to the Client at the time of contracting them.
In case of partial cancellations, the remaining people are subject to additional charges, such as single occupancy supplements, vehicle suboccupancy, etc.
Although our company and services are duly insured. For your security and peace of mind, we suggest that you purchase travel insurance.
